New Baby, New Books and Catapults

So very blessed to stay dry throughout our camp today.

Supplies were in place to create catapults for flinging Orbeez.  What fun!  These type of projects are great for attention and thinking things through.

Thanks to to some kind donations, we had new books this morning!

Heartfelt congratulations to Mrs. Tuma on the birth of Alexander Francis Tuma, 7 pounds 11 ounces, 20 inches long.  We are so happy he is here and everyone is doing well.  We will sure miss her though.
This brought another opportunity to write for a good reason.  I so loved some of the sentiments shared with Mrs. Tuma and how hard some worked on their notes.  I love that not having perfect spelling did not keep them from using big words.

Though we were short a few familiar faces, we had a great day!  Don't forget to practice those poems. They are getting harder.
See you tomorrow.
